- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Can almost never get through before waiting on the phone for at least 20 mins, but usually 30, only to be told to call back in the afternoon. Extremely awkward processes which I now believe have been designed to deter people calling/coming. I usually don’t even want an appointment, but a call back instead as I know I don’t need to be seen, but that quick advice will do it.
